A MAU is any unique user who has at least one feature flag evaluated in a calendar month. Server-side evaluations that don't pass a user key are not counted.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
